Dear Philadelphia Tennis Club Members and Friends,
I hope you have been well and are excited about the upcoming tennis season as I am. We board members at PTC are looking forward to having all of you who belonged to the club last year rejoin us this year. We have made it more convenient to pay your dues with PayPal and CashApp. We also hope you will encourage all of your tennis friends and associates to come and join Philadelphia Tennis Club as the number one goal of us board members is to increase membership which insures the financial solvency of our club so that future generations may enjoy what we have today.
We at Philadelphia Tennis Club pride ourselves on having the finest clay courts in the Tri-State area and that will not change. We were able to save a considerable amount of money by covering our courts with tarps and doing what restoration was necessary ourselves and we thank those that came out and worked long days. Our future goal is to cover a courts with a Bubble in order to play during the winter months. We have many events scheduled this season in addition to our tournaments and weekly tennis socials and drills. This is year has been a challenging time for all of us with Covid-19. But we remain committed to providing youth tennis programs and adult programs for this season. We maintain our partnership with Legacy and tennis instructions from our Club pros, Malik Hall and Don Ringgold. One our new social tennis activities to bring back tennis this this year is "Friday Night Lights" where we play tennis from 6:30 pm Until!
I and the Board members look forward to seeing you all at the club soon and feel free to contact me with any comments and suggestions you may have on how to improve our incredible club.
